Chief Leadership Psychologist and Founder
Edel Holliday-Quinn is a fully Registered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, and the Founder of the Centre for Leadership Psychology. With a career dedicated to empowering leaders and shaping resilient organisations, Edel is passionate about leveraging leadership to drive meaningful and sustainable change for people, businesses, and society.

With over a decade of expertise in leadership development across global industries, Edel has designed and delivered award-winning programs that have transformed cultures. Her work spans complex corporate environments, where she has successfully driven strategic initiatives, built high-performing teams, and developed leaders to thrive in challenging, dynamic markets.

Formerly an SVP at Citi Bank and Global Leadership and Strategy Manager at PwC, Edel brings a unique blend of academic rigour and real-world expertise. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Occupational Psychology and Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Business, and is currently completing her Doctorate. Her deep understanding of human behaviour, combined with a strategic and pragmatic approach, makes her a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels.
