Our Mission and Vision
Organisations invest heavily in leadership development, yet many initiatives struggle to create meaningful change in how leadership actually happens day to day.

At the CLPsychology, our mission is to bring together the best thinking from psychology, behavioural science, and real-world leadership practice to design leadership interventions that genuinely make a difference.

We work with organisations to understand the leadership systems that shape performance — from leadership capability and executive team dynamics to the behaviours that influence culture across the organisation.

Our approach combines evidence-based insight with practical experience to help organisations rethink leadership frameworks, strengthen leadership capability, and drive the behavioural change that enables organisations to perform.

Our Team.
CLPsychology is led by HCPC-registered occupational psychologist Edel Holliday-Quinn, an experienced leadership strategist who has held global leadership development roles within major international organisations.
​
Our delivery model is built around a lead consultant approach, with Edel working alongside a carefully selected network of specialist associates depending on the needs of each client engagement.
​
This associate network includes sports and performance psychologists, military leadership specialists, HR and organisational consultants, occupational psychologists, executive coaches, and experienced facilitators.
​
By bringing together expertise from multiple leadership domains, we combine rigorous psychological insight with practical leadership experience to support organisations in strengthening leadership capability, culture, and performance.
